New Fire Retardant Resnam Plast comes in three patterns which are Flower,Straight-line and Horizontal and it is applied by metal trowel and plastic trowel. It has a very high durability. It does not peel, flake or fade. It covers and modifies defective plastering errors. It is economic in nature and no annual repainting. It can be repainted with ordinary emulsion and the texture remains intact. Coverage capacity is 6-7SQM/L. Professional use only.
Future Coat Texture Finish:
It is based on high grade Acrylic co-polymer incorporating colors, fast and Alkali resisting pigments with selected aggregates that give a stiff paste consistency. A one coat of Future Coat Texture Finish gives a wonderful looks, protects and coats rendered walls. It masks uneven surfaces, covers and hides imperfections and irregularities of the substrates. The film applied provides excellent durability and aggregates in the film also give retardancy properties.Highly effective bioxide is used to prevent algae and fungi growth. It is first grade emulsion based on high grade Acrylic Dispersions,highly pigmented with high quality Alkali resistance pigments ,dries to smooth matt finish which is washable and prevents moulds and fungi growth, excellently well-researched and developed product backed by a minimum of 5-year guaranteed. Spreading rate of 12-15SQM/L, this depends on substrate porosity.
Future Coat Acrylic Emulsion:
It is fine quality emulsion paint, full-bodied Acrylic Co-polymer Emulsion formulated at higher solids to give the professional users confidence to thin and flexibility in application. It is easy applied by brush, roller or spraying equipment. Spreading rate is 6-8SQM/L.
We also premium Emulsion, it is produced from light fast durable coloring matters and high-grade Acrylic co-polymers. It is recommended for both interior and exterior application. Spreading rate of 8-10SQM/L which depends on substrate porosity.
