Picking the right paint type for your house can be confusing the first time, but once you have selected your desire paint, then it comes easier to sort out which job to be done and which finishes applying. New Fire-Retardant Resnam Plast: This is another water-based paint which possesses the characteristic of both smooth surface and texture in nature. It is a fire resistant which provides the wide spread of fire in homes.

Decorative Magic Flex: This is another water-based paint which has the effect of bringing out many different patterns. This can be preferred to two by two decorative ceiling which has limited pattern. It is very good for interior, exterior and wall applications.

Acrylic Emulsion: It is a water-based paint with fine quality. It highly economical to buy and it is smooth in terms of its characteristic nature. Many low-cost housing owners can buy this type of water-based paint and minimize their overheads on painting budget.

Matt Emulsion: it is another water-based paint with fine particles in nature, which can hardly be noticed. It is very high quality emulsion paint. It is smooth and prevents bacterial growth on walls.
